Dice Forge is like a deck building game, but instead of adding cards, you replace faces of the two dice you roll. The game by Libellud features cute artwork, themed in a quasi-greco fantasy world. Everyone rolls on all player’s turns, so resources are built up quickly. The object of the game is score the most points at the end. There are a multitude of ways to score these points, from killing monsters to buying a die face with points on them. The resources and monsters you can buy are also limited. Dice Forge has included several different modes with increased difficulty. I just wish there were expansions available. Rule clarity is almost great, with just portions needing reworded slightly better. Overall, the game is a great investment for all age players.
